Role Description

Finance CIB COO - AVP

Key Responsibilities:

•             Project Manager for on/off shoring initiatives including the completion of all regulatory documentation and corporate governance requirements

•             Develop standard monthly reporting for CIB Americas Finance, including a monthly MI pack and quarterly Achievements Pack for senior management

•             Create Senior Management Presentations using Power Point for on-sites, off-sites, town hall meetings, and ad hoc presentations.

•             Perform analyses of costs to drive change and/or achieve cost reductions

Candidate Requirements:

•             3-5 years experience in a Finance and Banking environment; product experience a strong plus

•             Project management, analytic thinking, and problem solving skills

•             Excellent Power Point and Excel skills; experience with Hyperion Essbase and SAP a plus

•             Ability to independently research issues, draw conclusions, and form creative solutions 

•             Ability  to prioritize and work under pressure
