Financial Claims advisor
Permanent financial claims advisor roles in Trafford Park. Our client is a leader in financial services with an excellent reputation and fantastic on site facilities. They are looking for customer focused, target driven individuals to help grow their team.
They are offering a competitive salary for the right candidate. You must be able to work shift patterns from Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm (Friday and Saturdays 9am-2pm)
As a financial claims advisor you will be dealing with mostly outbound calls to warm customers to talk them assist people in reclaiming any monies owed to them through miss selling of financial products ensuring reclaim is suitable to their requirements as a result of fact finding for their individual circumstance.
Outbound calls to existing client database on a dialer system
Consistently meet targets
Build relationships with each customer arranging call backs if necessary
Use relevant questions to obtain facts and advise customers appropriately
Ensure advice and guidance is provided in line with standards in a clear and accurate manner
Follow up with customers for information required to complete their claim
Maintain daily spreadsheet to identify opportunities suitable
You will need to be focused on customer service to have a relaxed conversation with them to assess what options could be available to them based on the data they previously have given.
High accuracy and organisation to input data and keep on top of previous cases.
Successful candidates will have a confident and professional phone manner
Previous experience of sales and providing excellent customer service
1 years experience in a call centre
Proven experience of meeting targets
Excellent attention to detail and listening skills
Ability to handle objections
Money driven and results driven
B2C experience
Understanding of financial services
