Responsibilities:
1. Assuming product sale tasks oriented for individual high-end customers;
2. Exploring and accumulating non-channel high-end individual customers, and conducting one-to-one personalized marketing with individual high-end customers;
3. Assisting with the formulation of relevant policies on individual direct selling;
4. Satisfying the personalized financial needs of individual high-end customers and improving the customers’ loyalty;
Requirements:
1. With a diploma of junior college or above in majors like Finance, Investment or Finance and Economics;
2. With more than 3 years of experience in individual financing and marketing, relevant background from security, fund, insurance, banking or investment advisor; or with background from high-end selling industries like high-end house property (villa), prestige cars, luxuries, upscale clubs/hotels, etc.;
3. Possessing high capability of business exploration, teamwork cooperation and initiatives;
4. Possessing strong coordination, communication and negotiation skills.
