Job Title: --Fire Systems Sale Representative

Job Summary: --Experienced sales person desired in the Chicago area. The primary function is to promote and sell inspection and testing service agreements for properties fire systems to include sprinkler systems, fire pumps, fire alarm systems and suppression systems. Determine the customer's needs and develop a sales strategy to meet their objectives. Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers. Close sufficient sales to meet sale plan objectives. Conduct building surveys to support the development of estimates. Submit all required sales reports, backlog, expenses and records of all sales activity for review. Provide service department with potential leads for system upgrades and/or repairs as necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: --

Generate sales of new Inspection Contracts and other services using "cold calling" and other sales techniques

Pursue potential clients through existing customer data bases

Prepare written quotes and contracts for inspection services and other product lines

Qualifications: --

Bachelor Degree in technical or business discipline preferred or equivalent experience

1-3 years of sales experience in a related business with a proven successful records of accomplishment that is verifiable

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Must have excellent people and communication skills and have the ability to persuade and close sales

Proven record of sales capabilities

Valid drivers license and excellent driving record

Excellent communicator, self motivated individual with great organizational skills
