Forex Junior Advisor recruitment
In terms of guidance and execution support, the incumbent will be in charge of advisory, sales and trading activities in relation to foreign exchange in accordance with the client’s objectives and risk profile.
Responsibilities
- Provide products and solutions across a range of asset classes including FX spot, forward, margin trading, FX OTC derivates and structured investment products – such as yield enhancement products and FX linked notes to Swiss and international private bankers, intermediaries corporates, international, investment managers /advisors and more importantly to clients who have direct access relationship with the desk
- Be responsible for event management on DCI/DOCU and OTC option expiries, KO and KI events
- Establish and manage term sheets for exotic option structures and DOCU/DCI’s
- Work with private bankers and their clients to define the investment objectives, and match this to service delivery capabilities
- Manage client profiles and suitability documentation for direct advisory client
- Communicate, deliver and close on client proposals
- Provide training to private bankers on foreign exchange and commodities, and on related products such as DOCU and FX/Metals linked exotic structures
- Contribute to the various global FX and committee meetings with regards to strategy, objectives and results
- University degree and experience within the financial services industry
- Excellent Forex product knowledge and skills, proven familiarity with market information systems appropriate to foreign exchange, good understanding of investment markets and the wider economic environment
- Fluency both in French and English, spoken and written
- Knowledge of an additional European Language (German in particular) would be an asset
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive, flexible and ability to work under pressure
