FRANKFURT – Entry Level Sales Associate/Account Manager recruitment
Position Summary
The Entry Level Sales Associate/Account Management position is designed to develop skills in the selling of Misys’ software solutions, services, and annual support services to businesses. This entry level sales position, consists of two areas, 1) a 12-15 week Associate Sales Development Academy located in London2) after the Sales Development Academy is completed, the Associate Sales Representatives will then be assigned to a Regional Sales Director (RSD) to assist with selling within the Regional Sales Director’s territory/accounts. Upon successful completion of both areas of the Sales Associate Academy, the Associate Sales Representatives will then either be assigned selected named accounts or a specific territory to sell into.
This position is based in our Frankfurt office.
This position includes a bonus that is paid out quarterly upon completion of program milestones. Once the Sales Associate is assigned accounts or a territory, in addition to base pay, a traditional, competitive, software sales commission structure will be put into place.

Entry Level Sales Associate Development Academy Training Topics
• Corporate Training, Including who is Misys?, market position, competitors, internal systems, code of conduct/HR requirements commercial policy and pricing, selling the value of Services, selling with partners
• Introduction to the market: 1. Transaction Banking, 2. Core banking, 3. Treasury and Derivatives, 4. Lending - including regulatory requirements
• Introduction to Misys’ Solutions Sets, including product positioning and value proposition across those markets
• Sales Skills Training, including: account planning, cold calling, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, objection handling, Misys Sales process, client buying process, Solution Selling,
• Projects to begin in the Academy and continue with RSD’s: Competitive Handbook, Whitespace Project/Cold Calling, Account Planning, Salesforce.com
Support RSD and Regional Sales Executives in assigned area through the following:
• Manage license maintenance and recurring revenue renewal process within assigned territory.
• Perform demand generation and prospecting activities for the region.
• Meet new account sales quotas for products, services, and support by closing revenue recognizable contracts.
• Meet installed account sales quotas for products and services by closing recognizable contracts.
• Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from newspapers, business directories, Misys ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
• Provide customers with technical and functional product information through presentations and demonstrations on projects of moderate scope and complexity.
• Travel throughout assigned region and/or territory to call on existing and prospective customers to solicit orders or talk with customers by phone, e-mail, web conference, etc.
• Analyze customers' needs and recommend solution that best meets the customers' requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned to support the organization and its goals.
For individuals hired outside of the United Kingdom, must be proficient in the predominant language of hire and have English as a 2nd language.
