Front Office Project Manager / Business Analyst

This is a business focused, regulatory and multi-year change programme that involves understanding complex regulatory requirements and designing business solutions which can be implemented in tight timeframes. You will need to have both extensive business analysis experience and have worked on regulatory change programmes, turning complex regulatory requirements into business solutions. Ideal candidates will be experienced in Business Process reengineering, end to end processes, regulatory issues, client onboarding and repapering, client reporting, sales suitability, end to end business process life cycle. This is a fast paced and highly demanding programme positioned primarily within Front Office investment bank, requiring a high energy and proactive individual.

Responsibilities Include:

Understanding the business implications, interpreting them for senior stakeholders and assisting to design business solutions.
Client communications –
Liaison with senior stakeholders - working with senior stakeholders from Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Sales departments to articulate business problems and work through solutions.
Change management - ownership of client communications through multiple iterations of feedback, managing changes in a controlled manner and turning revised versions around quickly.
Structured approach to analysis, ensuring the accuracy of all outputs.
Demonstrating Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Regularly face off to the business.
Essential Skills:

You MUST have Front Office experience
You must have a high energy/go-getter approach with extensive detail-level BA/PM skills.
Front, Middle and Back Office Corporate or Investment banking experience.
Excellent English written and verbal skills at the native language level.
Ability to function constructively as a key player in a small very experienced senior delivery team.
A natural self-starter, works on own initiative on multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision.
A good team player who has excellent senior stakeholder management skills.
Ability to summarise detailed analysis findings in a succinct manner for Project and Programme managers and senior business stakeholders.
Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Word).
