General Admin/Operations Manager, AMC, TAIPEI
Report directly to the General Manager, Taiwan. The incumbent will provide an array of responsibilities in regards to operations and administrative/secretarial support to the Taiwan office.
Functional Responsibilities
Operations
- Upload download of TDCC daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually reports.
- Need to work closely with regional operations colleagues in dealing with Taiwan operations issues
Administrative/Secretarial
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager and office.
- Prepare and handle internal external correspondence and presentation materials
- Scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements and handling TE
- Filing/upkeeping of records
- Visitor/telephone screening
- Point of contact and liaise with the vendors
Pre-Requisites
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial industry with focus on client service, operation and general administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail; efficient; ability to multitask; and good organization skills
- Good command of English - Written and oral
