This position will support all aspects of the dining experience for this pharmaceutical client including the direction and supervision of frontline employees. The GM is responsible for maintaining all standards and implementation of the food program. Other responsibilities include providing superior client and customer service, managing a staff of 7 including a Chef Manager, and scheduling and managing breakfast, lunch and dinner service. This position reports to an Area General Manager. The ideal candidate will have the following preferred experience/skills: -PL experience in a foodservice operation -Proven strategic leadership skills and good organizational ability highly preferred -Solid communication skills with the ability to interact with guests as well as clients preferred -Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to identify and efficiently resolve operational challenges -ServSafe certification preferred Position Summary : Manages all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account Qualifications Requirements: Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree Basic Management Experience - 2 years Basic Functional Experience - 2 years Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
