German Speaking Accounts Payable Assistant
My client, currently has a vacancy for a German Speaking Accounts Payable at its European Headquarters in Paisley near Glasgow. The role will be based within the finance team of this life sciences company.
Within the accounts payable team you will help ensure all company expenses are paid and recorded quickly and efficiently. You will part of a team ensuring a quick and accurate clearance of these accounts. In addition you will follow up outstanding entries, liase with other key members of the accounts payable team, generate and process clearing entries for all postings and action all vendor e-mails and phone calls within 24 hours.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial experience in an accounting department, ideally with experience in high volume processing functions, within a multinational environment a knowledge of accounts payable preferred .
