Permanent Finance Assistant required for a business in Banbury - YOU MUST SPEAK FLUENT GERMAN

Execute SSC process standards for Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash and Banking· Banking
Obtaining authorisations and execute payment runs and manual payments
Administration of rejections and queries
Bank postings and bank reconciliations
Manage the cash positions of bank accounts
Manage and reconcile interim accounts
Support cash forecasts, disbursement schedules and other banking reporting as required·
Purchase to Pay
Follow Purchase to Pay authorisation procedures and progress workflow through to payment of invoices
Payment Plan Invoice processing
Set up and maintain vendor master data·
Order to Cash
Enter sales orders and changes to orders on SAP
Manage invoicing according to project milestones
Record incoming payments and maintain the Sales Ledger to appropriate standards Execute credit control and dunning procedures
Set up and maintain customer master data
Obtain credit references for new customers and update existing credit limits
OTC reporting as requested

AAT (at least part) qualified or equivalent·
Advantage is some project and process management experience·
Advantage is working knowledge in SAP
Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint, Redmine, electronic banking systems as proficient for role· Microsoft Office
Business level language skills - English and German
