• Contribute to an increased discipline at origination within CIB, aiming at optimizing both funding and regulatory capital usage.

• Prepare PM recommendations ahead of Credit Committees for financing transactions, funded and unfunded including plain vanilla lending and structured finance transactions, focusing on risk-return, liquidity features and RWA consumption.

• When required, prepare and organize Loan Sponsorship Committees and perform subsequent back-testing of estimated cross-sell revenues.

• Advise to the Head of Region on risk-return optimization via origination filtering at deal level with a contribution to Client mapping, and through portfolio analysis at Group / Country / Business Line level, in close partnership with Global Client Services.

• Focus on the development and the implementation of necessary changes in the filtering of new transactions and in Client profitability screenings: propose new indicators on cash and RWA usage, amend existing processes at origination in consistency with PM APAC mandates and Region’s ambitions.

• Contribute to the monitoring of the CIB Industrial Plan for the APAC region.

• Interact with CIB Corporate ALM APAC to ensure that the liquidity dimensions remains fully embedded in the process, metrics and tools at Origination

• Advise to Coverages and Businesses on liquidity issues, implementation of liquidity guidelines and monitoring of local funding / liquidity management practices / rules / invoicing methods.

• Contribute to assist Coverages / Business Lines in assessing the impact of specific local regulatory constraints

• Communicate / train on Basel 3 / RAROC / Liquidity topics.

Essential Technical Knowledge/Skills :

• Analytical mind, good organization and presentation skills

• Able to work under pressure

• Solid MS Office (Excel and Access) proficiency

• Good interpersonal and communication skills: must be able to liaising with different business lines / coverage, and various levels of seniority

Qualifications and Experience :

• University graduate, preferably majoring in Finance / Accounting or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years’ of working experience, which consists of experiences in client facing units and exposure to loan / credit products.

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Familiar with CIB business

• Experience in RAROC / Capital modeling a plus
