Graduate Capital Reg Analyst / Major Investment Bank/ City of London
Hays Financial Markets are delighted to be recruiting a recent 2013 / 2014 Graduate to join the EMEA Capital Adequacy team of a Major Investment Bank.
As part of Group Finance, you will be part of the Regulatory Reporting, Capital Management, and ALM team and gain exposure to functions of the bank including Front Office, Finance, Risk, and Operations. You will have responsibility for production of production of Prudential Regulatory Authority regulatory report, and obtain and analyse key information to facilitate senior management decisions for the Bank. Other responsibilities will include providing commentary on movement sin capital usage, analysis of complex trades and structures, and production of management reports to governance committees and reporting packs to regulators.
This role joins the fastest growing and most dynamic areas in Banking, providing a high calibre graduate to build a broad understanding of the Global Markets sector and the diverse rage of banking products. To be considered, you must have a minimum of 2:1 from a Top 20 University, this will be in a numerical subject. It is highly desirable to have experience in internships within banking. You will have excellent interpersonal skills as you will deal with various stakeholders. This is a highly progressive position, therefore an ambition is essential
