Testing and Quality Assurance
Hays are currently representing a well known Financial Services organisation in Glasgow in recruiting a Testing and Quality Assurance AVP to join the corporate and commercial arm of the Financial Crime division. They are looking for an accomplished financial crime expert from a similar banking or consultancy background. The main focusses will cover crime risks related to AML, sanctions, Anti bribery and corruption.
The role requires the post holder to be able to plan, develop and perform testing reviews in ongoing compliance within financial crime. This will involve developing final monitoring and testing reports and monitoring adherence to internal policies while also challenging processes and procedures. The compliance features need to be embedded into the culture of the organisation and the successful applicant will be a part of rolling this out to the financial crime unit. They will assist on risk management issues and support stakeholders in understanding and recognising risks.
