Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant £18,000 Basic £30,000 OTE + Superb Benefits - West Midlands This company are a leading national recruitment company with their head office based in the Warwickshire area.
Due to expansion they require a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant to be based out of their offices. The role will involve resourcing and profiling candidates and then matching these to vacancies.
The successful candidate will ideally have just graduated and looking for your first role within recruitment, and be looking to work for a market leader with excellent opportunities for progression. They are looking to offer a basic to offer around £18,000 with an excellent commission scheme and superb opportunities for progression. They will also give you a full training programme
