Group Credit Manager (UAE National)
Our client is recognised as the leading and most dynamic financial services provider based in the Middle East. The key performance measures for this role are maintaining quality, compliance and customer service.
As part of this role, you will:
- Evaluate credit risks and suggest mitigating measures and close monitoring of portfolios.
- Ensure timely approval of credit requests in accordance with service level agreements.
- Implement recommendations made by internal and external auditors pertaining to portfolio allocated.
- Evaluate credit proposals submitted by business lending units within wholesale and private banking, analyse and submit recommendations to management.
- Give suggestions for policy and process improvements.
The successful candidate should be a UAE National with a minimum of seven years experience in corporate credit. You should have either a masters Degree, bachelors Degree or diploma in banking. As the successful candidate you should have strong leadership and team management skills along with market and industry knowledge.
