Head of Business Management-Risk and Admin Services recruitment

This role will support the VP Corp Center Applications and be accountable for ensuring delivery teams are compliant with reporting and control needs set out by areas including finance, ADM, GS, Audit, and others. This role will also set departmental reporting requirements, such as Quarterly Business Reviews, and support the needs of individual teams in preparing them. Success of this role will be both overall compliance and satisfaction from delivery teams, with the objective being to minimize the time and effort required by SIO teams while ensuring they are informed and prepared.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong change orientation, personally highly credible and a strong self-starter. Ambitious and flexible with well honed team skills.

- 8+ years of experience in a large IT organization.
- Support the VP-CC in ensuring expected reporting is timely and high quality, understanding and communicating emerging needs, and helping troubleshoot issues that emerge from time to time.

- Build close, trust-based relationships with SIOs and ensure shared understanding of their needs, pain-points, and opportunities.

- Build close working relationships with control functions including finance, Audit, ADM, Fed-readiness, GS, and others to ensure their requirements are understood and then work with CC departments to be compliant.

- Work with VP -CC and SIOs to define regular reporting and build plan to implement.

- Define continuous improvement opportunities that will either simplify current reporting or address gaps/breakdowns in processes or data.

- Support VP-CC and SIOs on special projects that span the department. Examples might include real estate, vendor analysis/improvements, employee surveys.

- Excellent reporting and analytical skills, process oriented.
