Head of Client Services, Asset Management
Our client, a highly reputable global asset manager has an opportunity for an accomplished Head of Client Services requiring proven team management experience. The remit is wide - Client Account Management, Client Reporting Client On-boarding.
As the Head of Client Services, you will be accustomed to working in a client facing capacity, have prior experience of evolving a client reporting function through contributing new ideas, recommending changes and implementing new procedures to ensure excellence. Your remit will include overseeing and assisting BAU client reporting production.
The Head of Client Services will work closely with the Sales and the Product Development teams to understand future client reporting requirements ahead of client take-on and new product development and support the delivery.
The Head of Client Services will be a strong communicator and will demonstrate strong and proven ability to build maintain strong relationships with clients and across the business globally requiring strong interpersonal and communicational skills.
Coming from a similar capacity, the Head of Client Services will be conversant with legal and compliance requirements relating to IMA’s and all other associated client documentation. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact across the business, for external Transitions Managers and for external client queries relating to client on-boarding and transitions activity.
Your leadership skills are essential to develop and retain talent whilst maintaining a collaborative and empowering working culture within the team encouraging and rewarding new ideas.
The successful individual will demonstrate a good understanding of investment strategies and products coupled with a detailed understanding of front to back operational processes. Coming from a proven Client Services background leading teams, candidates will be degree educated and will come from an investment management firm.
