Role and requirements:
This is a challenging Head of Compliance role that is completely generalist with exposure across the business, implementing business ideas and strategies to a new compliance team.
Responsibility of the design and ongoing management of the compliance structure and team.
Experience in the following areas:
• Policies Procedures
• Creation of a compliance training programme
• Main point of contact for regulatory bodies (FSA etc.)
• Infringement reporting
• Money Laundering
• Monitoring compliance team and implementing improvements
• Overall compliance oversight and management
• Risk
Previously held CF10 or CF11 - FSA approved.
Asset Management or Wealth Management background is essential
The successful candidate will need a hands on approach, enjoy a challenge and have an energetic mentality
You will need to show a proven level of gravitas, as this role requires a dynamic individual holding a key leadership function.
£90,000 - £105,000 Basic, + Excellent Benefits + Bonus
