A leading international media group in innovation and entrepreneurship has a unique position available for a senior level customer service professional, directly reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. Our client is a FTE 100 organisation with an operating profit in excess of £250m.

In an ever increasingly digital world, my Client is engaging more directly with consumers. It is essential our customers receive a consistent, efficient and positive customer service experience to ensure continued brand loyalty and retention. This will allow my Client to increase market share with current and future products and services.

As the Head of Customer Services, you will have the unique opportunity to establish a strategy. Consolidating multiple customer service methods in to one consistent experience for my Clients customer base. By owning the customer service principles, policies, processes and standards across all in-house and outsourced operations will allow my Client to create a unified customer service experience across the board

The Ideal person will have extensive experience in Senior Customer Management, in a leading organisation with an exceptional reputation for its customer service (10,000+ employees). You will have a proven track record in developing, negotiating and implementing customer service strategies internally and driving these standards through out the business. You must have strong influencing skills with precise analytical and interpersonal ability. Lastly, you must be a corporate entrepreneur and innovative in your thought process, having the ability to convey this to senior personnel and all levels within the business environment.
