Our client, a leading energy house, is developing their sales business based in Switzerland. This is a rare opportunity for a highly driven candidate to head a sales team covering the Continental European energy markets.
Responsibilities for Head of European Energy Sales, Switzerland, Salary: 175-200k CHF+, (Physical, Derivative, Energy, Power, Gas, Europe, Sales, Switzerland, Germany, Holland, Netherlands) role:
- Overseeing the sales acitivities across Continental Europe
- Selling into a wide portfolio of energy markets to cover gas and power across continental Europe
- Developing relationships and working closely with clients
- Implementing business development and sales strategies based on market analysis and research to move into emerging markets
Skills / Attributes required for Head of European Energy Sales, Switzerland, Salary: 175-200k CHF+, (Physical, Derivative, Energy, Power, Gas, Europe, Sales, Switzerland, Germany, Holland, Netherlands) role:
- Associate to Director level
- Minimum of 5+ years in commercial experience within European energy markets
- Have a proven sales track record and understanding of the corporate markets
- Good knowledge of Gas and/or Power traded instruments is required
- The ability to deal with complex products such as structured products and options is essential
- Be entrepreneurially minded
- Be willing to be based in Switzerland
