Head of HR, Singapore (International Bank) recruitment

A compelling opportunity has arisen with our client, a well-established international bank, for a seasoned HR professional with previous experience leading the HR strategy, shaping policy, and developing the capability of the HR function and its offering. The role will be heavily focused on senior level advisory and stakeholder management, culture engagement and delivering HR initiatives.

You will be responsible for influencing and collaborating with the business heads and supporting them with HR strategies that are aligned with the needs of these businesses that reflect the uniqueness of each segment and the country market as well as create and support HR transformation programmes which build collaboration, capability and performance.  You will also champion other HR initiatives and lead various projects.

The successful candidate should have a strong background in a senior role with intimate knowledge of banking segments coupled with HR transformation, change management and senior business advisory skills. Demonstrated experience in a similar role where resilience, creativity and working with ambiguity were required.    Candidates should already be based in Singapore and have intimate knowledge of local labour laws.   Fluency in a local language preferred.
