Poised at an exciting stage in their growth in Asia the need has arisen to hire a senior Human Resources professional of the highest calibre to join their regional management team inHong Kong.
Asia Role - Based in Hong Kong
Reporting functionally to the Global Head of HR and working as part of the regional executive team, this position will be responsible for developing a best practice HR function acrossAsiain line with business objectives and supporting a small population spread across the region's main financial hubs. This is a strategic role and you will be required to business partner closely with senior line management. Specifically, you will be involved in a diverse range of HR work including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organisational development, as well as some operational work, always acting in an advisory capacity.
The successful candidate will be a degree-educated HR professional with an outstanding track record working within blue chip financial services organisations in an Asian regional capacity. You must have a 'hands-on' and results orientated approach, excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of initiative and the ability to drive and lead change. Fluency in English is essential. Above all, you must have the passion, energy, credibility and maturity to deal with a challenging role in a fast growing environment.
