Head of IT Security recruitment
The role reports into executive management, you will be expected to work very closely with the business on the architecture of the IT Security platform ensuring that changes benefits the businesses alternative banking channels. Successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the retail and commercial banking security architecture systems and integrating applications aligned with latest technology trends. The role will involve extensive stakeholder management, working across numerous business functions ensuring there needs are met. To conclude, the successful candidate will manage the entire IT security function for the bank.
The Candidate
Applicants must have a proven track record with working in a senior management position managing IT Security within MNC groups, (ideally banking sector). Extensive experience on CISO approved products conforming to banking security standards is imperative. Candidates must have a deep understanding of alternative banking channels, (i.e. ATMs, card technologies, internet banking…) ensuring security best practices are implemented and maintained across the bank. Middle East experience is preferred but not essential.
