Our client, a US headquartered internationally recognised brand is currently building out its global Leadership and Organisational Development capability. As a key member of the global team you will support the definition and implementation of business strategy and policy globally in relation to Leadership, Talent OD objectives and plans.

Reporting to the global head of the function, you will serve as the functional expert, thought leader, and resource for the HR organisation and senior executives in the globally in relation to employee engagement and employee / management development challenges and the integration of key models, programs and policies relating to all areas of Leadership, Talent Organisational Capability in APAC.

Chiefly responsible for the design, development and delivery of global programs policies and interventions, ensuring business needs are met in the region. You will also be responsible for the oversight, management and development of OD Consultants and Trainers in the APAC region. Partner with the wider HR community globally and liaise with other executives so as to understand all necessary aspects of their needs, and to ensure they are fully informed of global talent and OD objectives, plans and achievements. Provide regional thought leadership to HR and the business on the Corporation's people development needs, such as the Performance Management, Leadership Development, Talent, Employee Engagement and Career Management. Cultivate strong working relationships with senior levels of the organisation across APAC.
