Head of Retail Operations
Role Requirements
- Manages/oversees the day to day business relationships with retail business partners
- Works with Marketing team to ensure all initiative are targeted, customer insight driven, well-thought through, cost-effective of a high standard of content and look, providing a decent return on investment
- Responsible for budget from £5M to £300M
- Manages 11 Branch London Estate and any additions to the estate in London and the UK
- Supports and potentially leads operational due diligence for Retail MA activity globally
- Facilitates implementation of new products and services into Retail effectively, on time and in budget
Skills, Qualifications and Experience relevant to the Role
- Proven experience of building and running business units within UK, EU and worldwide
- Proven experience of setting up and running new departments and/or teams
- Proven experience of management and leading a team/division
- Proven experience of establishing KPI’s and management reporting
- Working knowledge of Foreign Exchange would be highly desirable but not essential
- Able to communicate across all levels across the organisation
- Able to manage relationships across all levels, customers and third parties
- Degree in an analytical subject
- Secondary education or equivalent
