Head of Talent and Leadership Development recruitment

You will be responsible for defining and implementing the methods for assessment and identification of high performers in the business lines, in conjunction with HR you will work in updating the Succession Plans for the most critical roles and functions in the organization and will define the appropriate interventions to develop leaders at all levels in FGB. You will be responsible for constantly measuring the impact of initiatives in the bottom line and will keep them constantly aligned to business strategy and results.  

You will be passionate about development of people and will  have extensive experience of working with Senior leaders. You are curious and keep continuously updated on best practices and latest trends in the area.

In line with FGB strategy, devise approach to the development of Leaders and Managers at all levelsConduct assessments to identify strengths and gaps in the FGB leadership and management  team - in line with FGB Leadership Capabilities

Design and Develop programmes to develop leaders and managers Work collaborative with other areas in HR to ensure alignment of all initiatives aimed at developing leaders and managers in FGB

Through constant interaction build outstanding relationship with Leaders and Managers in FGB

Build strategic partnership with external providers so that fit for purpose and innovative leadership development initiatives are implementedMonitor and review the impact of leadership and management development interventions to ensure the best resultsWorks with other areas in HR to ensure Leadership Capabilities are embedded in all processes

You are innovative and have excellent execution skills. You are a great team player and a believer in deliver only quality interventions. You are completely against ‘ticking boxes’ exercises.  You don’t need to have experience in the financial sector but having a coaching certification would be a plus.
