Responsibilities

• Define focus and budget to build organizational capabilities and culture

• Engage senior management and key stakeholders to align OD agenda and needs

• Develop culture and employee engagement to improve people performance and effectiveness

• Lead organizational change, talent management and learning and development programs to develop succession planning, key talents and leadership within the organisation

• To partner and provide consultancy on OD, Strategic recruitment, CB, LD and talent Management.

Requirements

• A min degree qualified with at least 7-8 years’ of Organizational Development experience in the financial services/banking industry.

• Proactive, driven, strategic, analytical, creative and critical thinking with excellent business acumen and partnering, communication, influential and leadership skills.

• Strong leadership Skills to lead people through Organizational change

• Adaptable and able to manage ambiguity
