Very good communication, written and oral. Knowledge of Windows 2000, XP, MS Office (XP and 2000) Good Outlook knowledge.
At least 1.5 years exp helpdesk. (100% phone support)
Strong Communication required (both oral and written) Strong Customer
service skills, Must be patient and people oriented.
