Helpdesk Support recruitment
With over 4000 lawyers providing a broad range of legal expertise across seven core practice groups and a number of key sectors, an opportunity now exists in Hong Kong in which they are looking for an IT support analyst to provide day to day support across all staffs in Asia. Since our client is a relationship - driven organization, they will be looking for an individual who also has good experience in developing and managing clients' relationships.
Prerequisite
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in IT support/Desktop Support/ Helpdesk support
- Familiar with MS Office (including Outlook), Windows Desktop, Windows 2000 Server
- Familiar with Hardware Software troubleshooting
- Experience of Remote access (VPNS will be advantageous)
- Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin will be an advantage)
- Strong communicator, excellent organization skills
