EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (PART-TIME) MANCHESTER HOUSING AUTHORITY (MHA) SALARY RANGE $30,238-$31,357. The Manchester By The Sea Housing Authority Board of Commissioners seeks a part-time (22 hrs. per week) Executive Director. This position is responsible directly to a 5 member Board. The MHA manages 80 units of State Chapter 667 Elderly/Disabled Public Housing 4 State Chapter 705 Family Housing.
