HR Business Partner – VP recruitment

As the main HR expert for a leading client group, you will report direct to the Head of HR for the region. You concentrate on looking at the overall HR strategy for the business and ensure that it is in line with the Global strategy. As a true generalist, you will be responsible for daily operational aspects of HR whilst being the main contact for all major products. You will also be responsible for mentoring and supervising a junior generalist.
We are ideally looking for someone with a strong, business partnering background from reputable finance or strong MNC backgrounds. We are also looking for an individual with a high level of business acumen who is able to see potential issues before they arise and find alternative long term solutions . Fluency in English is essential, with Cantonese and Mandarin being advantageous. In addition, we are also looking for:
• An innovative, solution driven individual
• Demonstration of work on a regional level
• Good project management skills
