HR Business Partner (Ref.: PSH/FIG/JS005DR) recruitment
Responsibilities
- Driving people agenda and practices that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, and coordinating implementation of local, regional and global HR policies and initiatives and ensure alignment to regional and global HR strategy.
- Partner with line business heads to take a proactive and consultative approach in areas such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, review and implementation of HR strategies
- Be a HR consultant in providing an independent viewpoint regarding all aspects of organizations structure, management systems and in the management of staff
- To be involved in budget planning and keep track of staff cost budgets while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of manpower by statistical analyses. Lead and facilitate change management interventions
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in HR, with a min 8 years of progressive HR experience
- Knowledge and experience in performance management, talent development, organizational planning and development
- General knowledge on employment laws/practices, compensation and benefits principles
- Able to interact effectively with senior leadership team
- Demonstrated ability to manage/implement high impact HR initiatives at local and regional level
- Commercially minded with sound business knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Assertive and highly proactive
- Strong oral and written communication, in both English and Cantonese. Spoken Mandarin is required.
