Our client is a leading Professional Services firm, providing a wide array of diversified services globally. This is a HR Business Partner role for one of their consulting divisions in SouthEast Asia.
Responsibilities
As a SEA HR Business Partner, you will be expected to handle end-to-end business partnering, including recruitment, performance management and employee relations, supported by the shared services team. You will be working with a highly-driven, mobile team of consultants, and expected to be able to engage and enable them. Gain excellent exposure for Southeast Asia and be a true business partner.
Requirements
5- 7yrs of HR generalist and business partnering experience, ideally within the financial services, professional services or technology industry, where you've had exposure to consultants / sales teams. The ideal candidate is energetic, people oriented, able to listen well and be a problem solver.
