HR Business Partner, Singapore recruitment
Responsibilities
- Acts as a first point of contact to the line managers
- oversee the delivery of professional HR business partner services that contribute to the profitability and growth within Singapore.
- Partner with local management to address local talent management needs
- Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the business strategy
- Help the line managers to provide employees with development and career path opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance goals
- Support implementation of training and development programs and delivery of change initiative
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers and employees when appropriate
- Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns using the Employee Engagement Survey results to prioritize deliverables
- Collaborate with Global Regional Talent Management team to support talent management processes and practices
- Act as a liaison between the line managers and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs
- Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business through execution of the SR Human Capital Strategy
- Manage/Participate HR projects and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Commerce, Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a similar industry
- Proven track record in Change Management/Talent Management role
- Good business acumen
- Ability to execute in fast paced, changing and matrixed environment
- Ability to multi-task, work on multiple priorities, work independently and as a team in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
- Good practical knowledge of HR policies and processes (eg. workforce planning and talent management)
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Power Point
