HR Business Partner Sr

Act as a HR business partner and project manager with customers through understanding desired business outcomes required at a tactical and some strategic level. Advise and support management in the implementation and delivery of HR programs. Support the mitigation of human capital related business risks and support compliance activities. Provide proactive employee relations and partner with assigned managers to create a culture that supports business growth or business rightsizing. Collaborate with the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and all elements of the HR delivery model to ensure the delivery of world class HR services and programs to address critical business needs and employ effective measures of success. Create a more competitive organization by identifying and applying ways to reduce the cost of HR service delivery. Partner with assigned managers to identify top talent and succession candidates and provide support to the MRR/FRR planning process at the business unit level. Support business activities that support a culture that is diverse and inclusive. Utilize HR metrics to monitor performance, identify actionable trends, and create company presentations. Support the integration of new business as required and support the facilitation of new manager assimilations. Work with management to develop an effective workforce plan/strategy and collaborate with talent acquisition to translate the requirements into an executable plan. Provide guidance and coaching to management in the delivery of compensation programs like annual salary planning, LTIP nominations etc. Manage the Rockville, MD New Employee Orientation Program. Act as a change agent for key HR and business changes and provide project management for assigned key HR projects. Required Skills: Bachelors degree or equivalent and five years of experience. Experience managing projects and leading or facilitating teams.
