An opportunity exists for a highly skilled HR professional to join a global insurance organisation. An organisation with a vision to sustain strong business performance through maximising individual's potential.

Working collaboratively with a highly skilled HR Manager to strategically align the HR function with the overall business objectives. You will lead projects to design and implement best practices, and provide solutions that drive improvement in operational efficiencies. In addition you will have the ability to provide accurate and effective HR solutions and direction to internal stakeholders, whilst providing a link between the HR Manager, Line Managers and the Employees
