HR Candidate Consultant/Resourcer recruitment

We are now seeking an HR Candidate Consultant to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial HR team. Primarily focussing on permanent HR opportunities, we have PSL agreements with some great client companies, and are looking for an individual who can assist Senior colleagues with our comprehensive database of candidates to ensure that we are identifying the best people in HR for our Clients. This is not a sales role, nor will you be expected to become involved in business development

Key responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining relationships with HR candidates on our extensive database. Regularly updating with candidates to ensure that we are aware of their ongoing requirements and any changes in their circumstances

- Generate candidates for live jobs.

- Meet and screen candidates for particular positions, coach for interviews and provide constructive feedback to guide the process forward for candidates and clients.

Successful candidates will ideally have at least 12 months current experience in a recruitment function, and have some familiarity with the HR market. Training and support will be given in order to help you to develop, but you should be motivated and determined with a strong work ethic.
