HR / Compensation Management Consultant – Banking recruitment

My client is a leading HR consultancy, who are now looking to recruit within their productivity and compensation team, with a focus on banking clients.

This role responsibilties will include performance measurement, looking at reward design/levels and market opportunity. The successful candidate will contribute to strategy, relationship management and business development within these banking clients.

Responsibilities Include:
- Play a lead role in development of key clients
- Translate client challenges in to sales opportunities
- Consulting on client strategy

Requirements
- HR/Compensation background within consulting
- 3-5 years in Strategy Development
- Excellent communciation skills to go alongside consulting experience
- Business development skills
