HR Director (Arabic Speaking) recruitment

Our client is a well respected investment company based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to hire an experienced, Arabic speaking HR Director to essentially start up a new HR Department from scratch.

As the HR Director you will have two direct reports and will be responsible for standardising the entire HR function and introducing new strategies, policies and procedures.

• You will be responsible for standardising the entire HR function

• You will introduce new strategies, policies and procedures within the organisation.

The ideal candidate should be Degree educated and CIPD qualified with an energetic and positive attitude. Only female and Arabic speaking candidates will be considered for this role.

You should have a minimum of eight years experience working within an HR function with at least three years experience working within a managerial role.
