HR Director (Arabic Speaking) recruitment
Our client is a well respected investment company based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to hire an experienced, Arabic speaking HR Director to essentially start up a new HR Department from scratch.
As the HR Director you will have two direct reports and will be responsible for standardising the entire HR function and introducing new strategies, policies and procedures.
• You will be responsible for standardising the entire HR function
• You will introduce new strategies, policies and procedures within the organisation.
- You will report directly to the CEO and you should be from a similar background, ideally with experience in the manufacturing industry.
- You should have solid experience of implementing an HR structure and developing this from scratch.
- Our client requires a solutions driven, very hands on individual who can offer an advisory approach.
The ideal candidate should be Degree educated and CIPD qualified with an energetic and positive attitude. Only female and Arabic speaking candidates will be considered for this role.
You should have a minimum of eight years experience working within an HR function with at least three years experience working within a managerial role.
