HR Manager – Leading Asset Management Firm recruitment
Our client is a one of the largest Asset Management firms operating in APAC in terms of assets under management. They are currently looking for a HR Manager to support their Singapore office on the full spectrum of HR.
You will be responsible for all HR matters in the Singapore office, from HR advisory to HR administration. This includes:
- Being a business partner to the managers, managing all employee relation cases, providing advice on all employment related issues, including performance, grievance, disciplinary issues.
- Manage annual compensation review, putting in place talent management and succession planning programs
- Administer on-boarding off-boarding of employees, including recruitment, reference checks, contract generation, employment passes, maintaining p-files, coordinating orientation for new-joiners.
- Payroll and benefits administration
- HR reporting and ad-hoc projects
You should have more than 5 years of experience of experience in HR admin and business partnering responsibilities and will be comfortable working independently, willing to take ownership of the HR function in Singapore. The successful candidate is familiar with local legislations e.g. CPF, MOM IRAS and has knowledge of the Employment Act. You should be able to communicate effectively across levels in order to engage with the business and able to make decisions and take appropriate action with integrity and professionalism. Relevant sector experience is not a pre-requisite.
