HR & Payroll Migration Specialist Coordinator (Data & Process Review)

Our client a large public sector organisation is preparing to migrate current in-house financial transactional, HR Payroll services Shared Services onto an Agresso ERP system. The organisation will be required to migrate all data from the existing finance HR system for a go live in April 2014. Currently the Payroll function for the organisation is outsourced and this will be re-integrated into the new ERP system

Payroll/HR Migration Roles Co-ordinator (Data Process Review)

· Support the HR Migration Lead in the review of current Payroll data and processes.
· Review the future processes and identify changes for payroll process and any requirement for HR interfaces, defining these variants and working with the Business Readiness team to identify the impact and solutions.
· Lead the development of the Data Migration Documents (DMDs) for Payroll, ensuring their completeness.
· Create, develop and maintain the organisation management structure in line with SSC/organisation agreed plans.
· Create, develop and maintain End User composite system roles in line with SSC/Organisation agreed plans.
· Co-ordinate the employee data migration activities for Payroll and HR, including organisation management structure.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Skills/Knowledge:·
· Payroll management or HR Administration for Payroll and Migration to new systems
Data Migration of Payroll
· A high standard of Microsoft Office skills, notably MS Excel. ·
· Experience of ERP systems is Desirable
