HR Quality Consultant recruitment
This role will be accountable for carrying out quality reviews on allocated key and high risk processes across the HR business operations.
Your key accountabilities:
- Plan and scope across a series of quality process reviews, carry out reviews and co-ordinate action planning to address weaknesses and minimise business risk
- Ensure that Group policies relevant to the client's organisation are adopted and operated effectively within the business processes
- Undertake elements of independent testing for internal and external requirements (including Sarbanes Oxley Testing)
Your skills and experience:
- Degree qualified.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant Human Resource experience in a fast-moving and high expectation industry required.
- Experience in identifying weaknesses and implemeting effective process controls.
- Experience in quality management, operational processes and operational excellence.
- Experience working in banking industry / financial services industry is essential.
- Proven ability to communicate credibly at the senior management level therefore sound oral and written communication is essential.
- Experience of implementing significant change practices in an HR or business environment.
- Strong command in English is required, Mandarin language is an advantage.
- Results-driven, proactive, self-starter, solution-oriented and hands-on with a can-do approach.
