HR Relationship Management recruitment
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
- Drive HR agenda within local strategic business plan to ensure people processes enable future business objectives.
- Working with line management to translate business needs into a clear HR agenda.
- Act as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal customer needs.
- Forecasting and planning future Business Unit / Organisational HR requirements to ensure HR service delivery meets defined service levels, standards and priorities.
- Advising, facilitating and coordinating key HR service requirements:
a. Organisation Change and Development
b. Resourcing
c. Reward Recognition
d. Performance Management
e. Talent Management Succession
f. Learning Development
g. Other ER issues (grievance, absence, etc) - Monitoring the effectiveness of local HR delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing solutions in line with current best practice.
- Ensuring Business Unit compliance with Organisation HR policy and process.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to employees when appropriate.
- Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns.
- Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to support the improvement of HR policies and initiatives.
- Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Managing / executing HR projects - as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in relevant business initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business.
- Maintain a knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends.
- Where required, motivating, developing and appraising team members so that the individual and collective performance is of the required standard.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Successful delivery implementation within business area(s) of all annual HR initiatives developed sourced from specialist HR areas.
- HR Customer feedback - specialist areas.
- Business Customer feedback - Group Head, Functional Heads and senior managers of the business.
- Delivery of Ad-hoc projects as and when required.
- Maintenance of HR skills and knowledge through internal and external networking.
- Effective management of risks - compliance of HR policies and processes where applicable.
- Successful resolution of all ER issues within business area - adhere to best practise ER standards for case management (such as writing of reports, investigations etc)
- Effective use of MI / dashboards to drive the HR agenda within the business use as a tool to drive change.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree in Business/ HR with atleast 5 years minimum experience.
