HR Risk Manager recruitment

As HR Risk Manager you will be responsible for the risk agenda with Infrastructure and Change which will include our HR Transformation Programme, "Making It Easy". Within the role of HR Risk Manager you will focus on understanding, analysing and communicating how well these areas are managing risk and will draw upon wider Risk experts across the Group. As such, some of your role will be focused on behavioural change that may be required to further develop our risk model within this area.

You will have a demonstrable track record within Risk and Compliance which should be broader than purely systems / IT and should encompass risk management around processes and operating models. Financial services experience is not essential for this role.  You should also be able to demonstrate the ability to liaise and present at Senior Management level with strong communication and influencing skills evidenced throughout your career. Experience of HR systems including PeopleSoft, payroll or self service for example is preferable.
