We presently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR administrator to join our Sydney team on a permanent, full time basis. This role has a national focus and supports three areas of the Talent team within Human Capital: a) the Lateral Resourcing team which manages the recruitment of experienced hire staff across the firm; b) the Global Mobility (GM) team which is responsible for managing the deployment of staff across the firm, both nationally and globally and; c) the Campus Recruitment team who manage the graduate, vacationer, trainee and PwC Preview recruitment programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Interview bookings and candidate management
- Weekly new starter and activity reporting
- Online application screening and candidate telephone screening
- Management of psychometric testing administration
- Reference checks
- Assistance with on boarding and offer management
- Liaison with People Transaction Services (PTS), offshore HR administration processing team
- Database management and administration (Taleo)
- Invoice processing
- Administration and assistance with testing during assessment centres
- Assisting with coordination of and preparation for events (e.g. attendance lists, nametags, couriering, working with catering, confirming rooms)
- Ad hoc involvement in Resourcing projects
Skills required
The role requires a high performing individual who has:
- Experience in HR or recruitment administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related highly regarded
