HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST – AVP / VP recruitment
Our client is one of the leading Financial Institution renowned for its diversified investment management outlook in the Asia Pacific region. With an ambitious plan to expand the team in the region, they are now seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join them.
Based in Hong Kong, you will provide HR generalist support and advisory functions with strong focus on recruitment. You will plan, implement and identify effective HR solutions and policies to support the business needs as well as work closely with the management team to ascertain their needs and recommend effective human resources strategies to support business growth. You will maintain strong communication network with all levels of staff within the designated business hubs. Employee problem resolution and coaching of managers and employees on human resource topics.
To qualify, you will have strong academic background with a minimum of 8 years of HR or recruitment experience gained from within financial industry or recruitment / search firm. You should be able to work with the business to provide relevant and pro-active HR solutions. Excellent communication and influencing skills, and high degree of initiative. Strong analytical and problem solving with sound organizing skills. Meticulous and sensitive to numbers, computer literate. Mature and independent team player. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
