Human Resources Manager, Legal recruitment
Reporting to the COO, responsibilities include:
- Working with the Partners to lead resource planning
- Lead recruitment across the office
- Performance Management
- Compensation, benefits and payroll
- Employee relations
- Initiate and undertake project work on high level firm-wide matters.
- Offer ongoing advice and support to partners/heads of departments on a broad range of generalist HR issues.
To be successful in this role you will be highly motivated to provide a quality HR service; be able to tackle HR issues, formulate creative and commercial solutions and engage with others to ensure solutions implemented; be able to build and maintain constructive relationships with a variety of individuals at different levels of seniority; and able to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
