CLIENT INFORMATION
My client is a leading investment bank with a strong European FIG MA practice. As the market continues to develop, first class expertise is critical to sustaining the bank’ competitive advantage and continued business success. They are currently recruiting for an Associate with the background in the FIG MA space in the UK or mainland Europe to join their team. You will be getting the opportunity to work with some of the very best professionals in the FIG ma industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Primary role is assisting in execution and origination of MA mandates.
• Coverage is FIG / Financial Institutions MA mandates on a pan European basis
• Financial modelling, valuations and analysis
• Dealing with internal and external parties and assisting in negotiations
• Assistance in coaching more junior team members
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Associate from top tier institutions with FIG transaction experience.
• Strong sector experience is a must
• MA background
• 3 – 6 years experience
• Strong educational background preferably Russell Group or similar international equivalent.
• Fluency in English, other European languages would be a bonus.
• Team player and personable character
