What Will You Do As An Entry-Level SAP or Oracle Consultant? During your first two years, you will receive the requisite classroom and on-the-job training needed to help you develop expertise working with either the SAP or Oracle solution suite. You will work on projects that help our Public Sector clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information in ways that help modernize infrastructure, enable more efficient operations, promote accountability, and optimize performance. Minimum 3.2 GPA Strong leadership and adaptability, with willingness to readily and voluntarily take ownership of highly challenging tasks and problems, even beyond initial scope of responsibility Thorough and analytical, with capability to apply logic to solve problems Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus despite conflicting demands Drive to overcome the most challenging or difficult obstacles and look for ways to improve results Initiative to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills Effective interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and team with others Powerful communication skills with ability to use multiple verbal and non-verbal behaviors to deliver a compelling and engaging response A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view Required High School Diploma/GED Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements) U.S. citizenship required English: Basic knowledge Preferred Basic knowledge in / demonstrated achievement in academics (preferably involving business, analytical, and/or technical coursework), and in internships, co-ops or other work experience. English : Fluent Additional information Consultants hired into Public Sector must be US Citizens, and must be local or willing to relocate to the Washington, DC Metro area.
